Dear fellow citizens! We ask every Russian citizen to use the containers for their intended purpose, separately and without leaving garbage on the street and sidewalks! Cleanliness is a cause for all of us, but if the authorities do not act, the citizens become demotivated. We also count on the Municipality of Ruse to step into its role as a good steward and control and sanction the sloppy garbage collection company!
