The chaos with the movement of the “Water Cycle” project is the topic that #SaveRuse brings up for discussion in the upcoming session of the OS on 16.03.23. Another initiative of ours – a local REFERENDUM, whether the “Alyosha” monument should be moved to the Russian Cemetery, and a monument to Khan Asparukh should be placed in its place! With due respect to both names, we give each their due. Asparuh – as the founder of Danube Bulgaria! Alyosha – to find his peace among his fellows. We also suggest that the roundabout be called “Khan Asparuh Square”! We count on your opinion!
