Who and how manages the premises and restaurants in the "Profitable Building", and not only there?

Who and how manages the premises and restaurants in the “Profitable Building”, and not only there? What rents does the Municipality of Ruse collect and are they adequate at the present time? The questions are many and different, the tenants few and the same! Will the emblematic building not enter the role for which it was created – to serve the entire Ruse public!? It’s high time someone kicked the merchants out of the temple to let the public interests in!
